The location was fantastic. I found myself steps away from everything. the hotel was really clean. i slept well thanks to a very comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and very helpful too. i loved it.
i could hear some street noise because the hospital nearby uses sirens. i did not mind it too much though.

The hotel offers baggage storage. This was convenient for my early arrival. there is no gym, but plenty of attractions and shops are nearby, so i got my exercise that way.

the reception staff was always available and helpful with directions. they helped me with an early check-in. breakfast service includes mini pastel de nata with coffee, a really nice touch. i felt very welcomed.

My room was nicely designed and very clean. the bed was comfortable, a welcome relief after exploring. the shower had good water pressure. i found the room well-equipped and maintained. It was a pleasant space.

The location was really central, so I could walk to many attractions. The staff helped me with directions and recommendations. The room was clean, and I found fresh towels daily.
I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. The breakfast area was quite crowded. It was difficult to find an empty table.

I found the room clean.. they clearly focus on maintaining a super clean environment. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. The hotel gave me a discount voucher and a welcome drink upon my arrival.
The air conditioning was a little difficult to adjust.
